The Let's Talk Sooke platform will help present and guide public consultations consistently and keep the community informed of the implementation of approved master plans. It offers a good choice of useful input tools in one convenient place online. We know you have ideas about our district, and we are committed to working closely with you to hear your ideas, ensure you have answer to your questions and your voices help inform our planning and decision making.
Whether connecting virtually, or in person after the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure all citizens have the access and flexibility to participate in these important community conversations. That’s why we are launching this new platform – to make it easier for you to learn about District activities and planning that is important to you.
This online platform is meant to complement the District’s future in-person consultations – open houses, pop-ups, coffee chats, focus groups, workshops, etc. and make it easier for you to stay informed as progress is made on master plans and community capital projects.
